The Zetpil™ Branched Chain Amino Acid cream contains the essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, which must be consumed through diet since the human body cannot make them from other compounds. Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs hereafter) make up 35% of the amino acids in muscle proteins and 40% of the essential amino acids required by humans. Research has shown BCAAs to be beneficial for promoting healthy muscle mass, improving overall exercise performance, decreasing fatigue post-training, providing essential nutritional support, and may be important in preventing cancer-induced cachexia.
